  1. ‘Accepting help isn’t weakness’ as a poem is talking about a topic that can be very sensitive and personal to most of the people. Yet the poem is framed with words that makes sure that the reader doesn’t get any kind of a negative message out of it, which is very thoughtful of the poetess. I think the poem is trying to normalise that seeking for professional help is not a sign of weakness when it comes to dealing with certain problems of life, infact it is a sign that the person is strong enough to embrace their weak points and flaws in front of someone who is willing to help. Topics like depression and anxiety in today’s life is something that needs to be normalised and acknowledged by people without the shame of being considered as a weak person, which is again very bold of the poetess.
