It has become my loudest cry
My worst enemy
And my best friend
The silence is what revolves around me
The loud tearless cry
The emotionless sorrows that surrounds me
The best way to go through this life is to cry it out loud
But….
The silence never ends
It has become a part of my journey through adulthood
It has become the unknown presence which walks past through the path of my life
It holds my hand and stands alone with me
Calming me down, hyping me up!
The path it has paved for me
The emotions that it stole from me
The joy that it made me get scared of
And the longing it has created for me
It has been difficult recognising it as an enemy or a friend but it has been nothing more than a supporter walking through all the phases of my life alongside me.
