A Droplet of Water

I was a droplet of water
Falling from the ether,
Lost in the stormy weather
With countless others,
Then I saw a slight glimmer
And emerged some beautiful colors,
This gave me shivers
I was a part of the beauty giver,
Then I dripped into the river
Forming a pleasing figure,
The ribbon-like body
Pure as a joyous prayer,
I traveled hither and thither
To the vast ocean there,
And before I knew…
I was a droplet of water
Falling from the ether.
