Let us escape the box
The box that contained us for so long
In the name of a promised future
And maybe riches and comfort?
It’s exhausting to live in this box
Never recieved the promised land of riches
Nor did we the pleasure of a pleasant walk
For who knows we are spending time in vain?
Never allowed to peep a little
Who knows what treasures there beholds
Outside these sweaty saunas we call our concrete houses
Yet walking the path that has been walked
Walked for centuries
Staking the adventure that your blood is boiling for
Tirelessly, working till we die
Why can’t we escape the box?
What holds us back?
Is it the fear, the faint of heart?
For in the end who knows of a mystical land
There lies a life outside the box
Escape the Box
