बरखा रानी

देखो धरा की आहें ,
मेघ बन नभ पर छायी है,
कब पीर नीर बन बरस जाए,
घनघोर घटा छायी है,
रिमझिम करती बरखा रानी,
धरा के हृदय में समायी है,
विस्मित हो गयी आहें,
वो तो नव जीवन पायी है,
उमड़-घुमड़ करते बादल,
बिजली भी चमचमायी है,
नव यौवना हो चली धरा,
वो तो नयी उम्मिदो के,
बीज खुद में समायी है,
झूम उठे पेड़-पौघे ,
हवा भी सनसनायी है,
मेर नाचते,मेढक टर्र-टर्र करते,
अब तो तपन की बिदाई है,
आओ -आओ बरखा रानी,
रिमझिम -रिमझिम, छम-छम बरसो,
देखो धरा नव जीवन पायी है ।।
