झाँक रहा था मैं एक रोज

ईश्वर की खिड़की के भीतर,

किन्तु दंग रह गया

निज प्रतिबिम्ब देख उस खिड़की में!

अनायास ही कोई

अनहद नाद उठा मस्तिष्क में:

‘देख ले दर्पण यह,

देख ले निज ईश्वर की छवि!’
