I have made these a couple of times and have to say this is a dynamite recipe!! The light tempura-style batter with the panko coating is out-of-control. I am new to your blog and this was the 1st recipe I have tried from it. I cannot wait to try more! Thank you for such a wonderful resource.
I am glad you enjoyed our findings! Engaging new employees early, especially before the start date, makes good business sense. Hi Etienne, all is well, I like all what you are writing a lot. Except on the going half way and the focus on excellence.Going half way is very useful to being attune to the possibility of your success or otherwise.Excellence focus, has the tendency to create anxiety.I usually set myself goals that are opposite to that are a ridiculous that tend to break my focus on excellence and makes me concentrate on the job at hand. An example goal and is surely my favorite is to set a goal to bill half as much as yesterday. Or to earn half as much as last year.
