गुमान ना करना खुद पर
घमंडी दुनिया में बहुत से देख लिए
गुमान ना चट्टानों का रहा
जिसने नदिया के आगे घुटने टेक दिए
नदी ने टुकड़े कर चट्टान के
नालो में बहाकर फेंक दिए

जंगल को बहुत गुमान था खुदपर
ऊँचे वृक्षों को उसने क्षितिज तक फैला दिया
जंगल के घमंडी सर को
आग ने खुका दिया
आग ने जाला उसे खाक में मिला दिया

घमंडियो का राजा मनुष्य
हीरे मोती जोड़कर
बन गया धनवान
काम का ना काज का
बनने चला भगवान
पर बुरे काम करके
बन भी ना सका इंसान
