ghan ghata badal barse,

man ki gagri bharney ko dil tarse,

Tu jo na mila toh yeh dil tarse

 

pyas yeh dil ki bujha ja tu,

mere es dil main aa bhi ja tu,

 

 

tujh bin suna jahan lagey hain,

aye dil bar jahan aa bhi ja,

mujhe ab na tarsa ke ja
