I will shed my wings,
Before you cut them short;
I will hold my tears,
Waiting for the draught;
I will loose my heart,
Than have it in a cage;
I will kill myself,
If my life is under siege;
I will loose my strength,
If I see you fall;
All your life in vain,
I promise I’ll stand tall..!
I will give up my nature,
Before you push me to it;
You will realize someday,
All that was not worth it.
But I dream I will fly,
After I clear this mess;
I will feel the freedom,
When life’s no more a race…..
