उठा के फर्श से अर्श तक के सफर में
हर कदम साथ चलते हैं पापा
डर हो मन में किसी बात का हममें
उंगली थाम के डर पार कराते हैं पापा
मंजिल हो चाहें कितनी भी मुश्किल
राह तो ढूंढ ही लाते हैं पापा
समुंदर की गहराई सी खाली जेब से भी
खिलौना तो ले ही आते हैं पापा
भागदौड़ भरी जिंदगी से अपनी
शाम का वक़्त ले आते हैं पापा
कमाई चाहें कितनी भी हो पापाकी
शहजादी सी जिंदगी देते हैं पापा।
That’s true! There is one man behind every successful daughter/son. No matter what, but, he will be always standing behind you, cheering you up, caring for you, motivating you, and supporting you in all your ups & downs. Many people have a perspective that earning money and fulfilling the demands or needs or desires is the responsibility of the Father, but maybe that is the way father shows their love for their children.
Neha, you have described what all our fathers do for us in a very simple and unique way in your poetry. It feels very good to read the poem.
