So many days you have been my shelter,
you have always been my pillar,
without you i felt my world shatter,
but then, i remember that you have always strived to make me better ,
you inspire me to live life in a manner ,
that my existence does matter.

The poet brilliantly describes her mother. She claims that her mother has always looked out for her. Her mother has always been a rock for her. Without her mother, the poet’s world would be shattered. Her mon has always worked hard to make the poet a better person. Her mother has inspired her to live a wonderful life and to value the poet’s exixtence.
